It seems like 28 is treating Travis Scott well. The rapper recently enjoyed an Avengers-themed birthday party and just celebrated another trip around the sun on his actual birthday, April 30th. In addition, his girlfriend, Kylie Jenner, hosted a memorable celebration where they got matching tattoos.
